Welcome

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially if you are autistic, have ADHD, or experience the world differently from those around you.

As aSolution Focused Hypnotherapist who is also autistic and has ADHD, I understand that everyone’s Brian works differently. My own neurodivergent experience gives me a personal understanding of challenges such as overwhelm, anxiety, overthinking, masking, emotional exhaustion, and feeling misunderstood. It also helps me to appreciate the unique strengths that come with thinking differently.

My approach is supportive, practical, and free from judgement. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, your goals, and the future you want to create, rather than spending sessions analysing everything that’s gone wrong. Therapy is tailored to you, because there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to wellbeing.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, low confidence, burnout, or simply want to feel more in control of your life, you’ll find a safe space here where you can be yourself without needing to mask.
