Can Solution Based Hypnotherapy help children and young people?

Yes, (SFH) can be highly effective for children and young people. It offers a child-friendly approach to supporting emotional wellbeing and behaviour, without needing to explore upsetting past experiences. Children also respond particularly well to hypnotherapy because they have vivid imaginations which makes hypnosis enjoyable. They also learn quickly and are open to suggestion. We focused on solutions, building confidence and strengths, not problems or labels.

Can Solution Based Hypnotherapy work for neurodivergent individuals?

Yes, (SFH) can be highly supportive for individuals with Autism Spectrum (Disorder), ADHD, PDA, Sensory procession differences and anxiety linked to neurodivergence.

While (SFH) doesn’t seek to “treat” neurodivergence (which is not a problem to fix), it helps the individual feel calmer, more confident, and better able to manage the challenges they may face. SFH works to reduce overwhelm and anxiety by regulating the nervous system. The relaxation and predictability of SFH sessions can feel safe and soothing for people who experience overstimulation.

Yes,  (SFH) can help support weight loss, especially when emotional habits, stress, or mindset are part of the struggle.

It is important to say it doesn’t offer a quick fix – but it does help you make lasting sustainable changes by working with your subconscious mind, building motivation, and reducing the emotional patterns that often lead to overeating or poor habits.

Can Solution Based Hypnotherapy help me quit smoking/Vaping?

Yes, (SFH) can be highly effective for quitting smoking because it focuses on changing your mindset rather than simply telling you to stop. Instead of dwelling on why you smoke, it helps you identify the future you want as a non-smoker and strengthens the positive changes that support that goal.  Through hypnosis, we will work with your subconscious mind to reduce cravings, break habitual patterns and boost your motivation.
